Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone using the Elysium website or engaging with Elysium services, including vehicle enquiries, reservations, short-term hire or lease requests, membership applications, concierge services, and event or expedition bookings.
Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information only. Browsing the website or submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of an application, reservation, membership, or event place. Availability, pricing, specifications, experiences, and inclusions are always subject to written confirmation.
Reservations, Memberships, and Events
Elysium may offer luxury vehicle access, membership services, concierge support, and curated events within the United Kingdom. Any confirmed service may also be subject to separate written terms, confirmations, waivers, or service agreements. Where a separate written agreement is issued, that agreement will take priority for the relevant booking or service.
Eligibility and Verification
We may require identity, address, payment, driving licence, and other verification information before confirming certain services. Vehicle access may be limited to approved drivers only, and participation in some services may be subject to additional eligibility, safety, conduct, or compliance requirements.
Payments and Deposits
Payments, deposits, and security authorisations may be required depending on the service requested. Reservations and services are not confirmed until payment clearance or valid authorisation has been received and written confirmation has been issued. Elysium may recover losses, fines, damage costs, unpaid charges, or reasonable administration costs arising from misuse, non-payment, or breach of agreed terms.
Vehicle Use
Where vehicles are provided, they must be used lawfully, responsibly, and only by approved drivers. Vehicles must not be used for racing, track use, unlawful activity, sub-hire, or any other prohibited use. You must inform Elysium immediately if there is any accident, theft, breakdown, warning light, loss, damage, or other incident affecting the vehicle.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations, changes, postponements, and refunds depend on the specific service and any third-party commitments already made. Elysium may amend, substitute, postpone, or cancel a service where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, legal, logistical, or force majeure reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Elysium will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses not reasonably foreseeable at the time of agreement.
Intellectual Property
All website design, copy, branding, editorial treatment, images, and other materials are owned by Elysium or used under licence unless otherwise stated. No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the website or Elysium services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
