Press and Filming
Elysium handles press, filming, and content requests by prior approval only. Media access, location access, interviews, event coverage, and branded content opportunities are subject to availability, privacy considerations, and written confirmation.
Private Guests and Events
Elysium operates within private settings, private events, and premium guest environments. We take guest confidentiality seriously. Some events, journeys, and brand activities may be photographed or filmed, but access and recording are controlled carefully to protect the privacy of members, guests, partners, and hosts.
Guest Privacy
Where filming or photography may take place at an event or private experience, we aim to provide notice in advance where appropriate. Guests with privacy concerns, image-use objections, or special confidentiality requirements should contact Elysium before attendance or filming begins.
Private Property and Locations
Filming on private estates, venues, houses, garages, hospitality sites, or partner locations may require separate permission from the relevant property owner or operator. No filming, recording, or commercial capture rights are granted unless expressly approved.
Partnerships and Collaborations
Elysium may work with selected brands, venues, ateliers, hospitality partners, creators, and media outlets. All collaborations, sponsored activity, gifted placements, vehicle loans, hosted experiences, and commercial productions are subject to separate written agreement and approval.
Commercial Content and Disclosure
Where content is paid for, sponsored, incentivised, gifted, or otherwise created in connection with a commercial relationship, Elysium expects that relationship to be disclosed clearly and appropriately in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection rules.
Use of Elysium Content
All Elysium brand assets, logos, images, videos, editorial material, and website content remain protected. No commercial use, republication, redistribution, or licensing of Elysium content is permitted without prior written consent.
Permissions
Depending on the nature of a project, Elysium may require appearance releases, guest consents, property permissions, confidentiality obligations, production terms, or partnership agreements before filming, publication, or campaign use proceeds.
